Lewis Nursery and Farms, Inc. is a third generation family farm located in Rocky Point, North Carolina. Lewis Nursery and Farms was started in 1953 by Everette Lewis. After Everette fought in the army and got a degree in Plant Pathology, he decided to purchase his uncle’s farm, which was located next to his parents’ farm. Everette’s son, Cal, later joined him on the farm and is the farm’s current manager. Lewis Nursery and Farms grows strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Lewis Nursery and Farms values its connection to its customers and the family aspect at the heart of their business. The farm's mission is "To Produce the finest quality berries that our North Carolina location and climate allows, in order to please our customers and to provide for our families and employees."
